“The world is changing, and the future of work is all about enterprise skills – our students are the way forward and our goal is to provide them with those skills.”Damien Meunier, Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
At Haileybury, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship is one of the four pillars that guide our ethos. We cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among our students that encourages them to view challenges as opportunities for innovation. By encouraging them to transform problems into into creative solutions, we empower our students to become global leaders and change-makers.
Our goal is to create students who are adept problem-solvers and risk-takers, who understand that failure is merely a ‘first attempt in learning’ (FAIL). They learn that persistence is necessary before achieving success. This spirit of adventure and innovation is instilled through our practical entrepreneurship programs spanning the Junior, Middle and Senior Schools.
